Return and Exchange policy

At Sthira, every piece is crafted with intention — many made specifically for you. Because of the handcrafted nature of our textiles and our small-batch production, we do not offer refunds.

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Please write to us at sthira01.india@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will make it right.

Washing Details

Sthira garments are made from Mashru, a delicate textile that requires gentle care to maintain its lustre and drape.

Recommended: Dry clean only

If hand washing:

Cold water only (below 30°C)
Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent
Do not soak — wash gently and briefly
Do not wring or twist
Lay flat to dry in shade, away from direct sunlight

Do not tumble dry
Do not iron directly — use a pressing cloth or steam from a distance
Do not bleach
